<image:title>Home - Meet Charlene Hi, I'm Charlene Hecker, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I believe therapy is most meaningful when you feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where you can explore life's challenges with curiosity, self-compassion, and hope. Whether you are navigating a major life transition, feeling disconnected in your relationships, carrying the weight of anxiety or trauma, or simply longing to feel more like yourself again, you do not have to face it alone. Because no two people are the same, I take a highly personalized and collaborative approach to therapy. Together, we will build on your strengths, honor your unique story, and help you reconnect with the values, relationships, and parts of yourself that matter most—creating a life that feels more authentic, meaningful, and fulfilling.</image:title>
