<image:caption>Hello, I am Charlene Hecker, a licensed psychotherapist. I offer a safe, compassionate space for individuals to explore the challenges they are facing, and to move forward with greater confidence and clarity. Maybe you are navigating a life transition, feeling disconnected from your partner, or carrying the weight of anxiety or past trauma. Whatever brings you here, know that you are not alone. Therapy is a courageous step, and my goal is to walk beside you with empathy, curiosity, and respect. I believe in a highly personalized approach, because no two people are the same. Our work together will be tailored to your unique story, values, and goals. Let’s work together to help you feel more connected—to yourself, your relationships, and your purpose.</image:caption>
